  • ACCOUNTING? Du bist in der Welt der Zahlen zu Hause und unterstützt unser Buchhaltungsteam im Daily Business.
  • BUDGET? Du arbeitest selbstständig bei der Erstellung von Reisekostenabrechnungen und der Buchung von Kredikartenkosten.
  • CONTACT PERSON? Du unterstützt unsere internen Bereiche bei Fragen rund um die Finanzbuchhaltung betreffend.
  • ADMINISTRATION? Du erstattest Gutschriften von Privatkunden und bist eigenverantwortlich bei der Zuordnung und Freigabe von Eingangsrechnungen.

Wenn du dich darin wiederfindest, dann sind wir schon ein bisschen FOND OF YOU.

WENN DU NOCH DAZU …

  • erste fachbezogene Erfahrungen aus deinem Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder durch Praktika bzw. Werkstudenten-Tätigkeiten
  • Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, bestenfalls Microsoft Dynamics NAV sowie Power BI, sind vorteilhaft
  • einen sicheren Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel oder die Fähigkeit, sich in kurzer Zeit die benötigten Kenntnisse anzueignen
  • ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie finanzwirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit
  • ein analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
  • eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Spaß an Teamarbeit und Humor

ARE YOU FOND OF …

  • ACCOUNTING? You are at home in the world of numbers and will support our accounting team in daily business.
  • BUDGET? You will work independently in the preparation of travel expense reports and the booking of credit card costs.
  • CONTACT PERSON? You will support our internal departments in questions concerning financial accounting.
  • ADMINISTRATION? You will reimburse credit notes from private customers and are independently responsible for the allocation and release of incoming invoices.

If all of the above describes you, then we are already a bit FOND OF YOU.

If for good measure, you’ve got …

  • initial subject-related experience from your studies with a focus on finance or through internships or working student activities
  • knowledge of ERP systems, at best Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Power BI, is advantageous
  • a confident use of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, or the ability to acquire the necessary skills in a short time
  • a pronounced understanding of figures and financial management
  • a high degree of accuracy, care and reliability
  • an analytical and conceptual mind
  • a structured way of working
  • enjoy with teamwork and humour
